Festival brings joy and happiness. Keeping up with the tradition of celebrating all the festivals with great fervor and gaiety and to acquaint the students with the rich culture and heritage of India; We held Baisakhi celebrations on 13 April 2022 in SGTB Public School Sanaura with great zeal.The Children came dressed in traditional Punjabi attire.
Colourful outfits with ornaments and accessories through open discussion they were briefed about Various aspects of this festival of harvest. A lot of themes based activities were planned for the students with the motive I helping children learn the Significance of Significance of this special day. In Senior Secondary classes, Turban tying camp was held. A PowerPoint- presentation highlighting the Significance of Baisakhi was also shown to the Student. The students had lots of fun and enjoyed dancing with their teachers and friends. The teachers encouraged the children to enjoy and respect all festivals.
